Quality Policy

The quality policy of BEWISE IT SYSTEMS SINGLE-MEMBER SOCIETE ANONYME is determined by the purpose to provide IT systems implementation and support services, supply of equipment and software of information systems, always in accordance with the requirements of its customers, market conditions and competition, current legislation, modern know-how, quality control capabilities and other factors related to the business position of the organization in the Greek and international market.

BEWISE, in order to satisfy the needs of its customers, has established the enactment and review of its quality objectives, which are based on:

  • Obtaining well-trained staff
  • Satisfying its customers
  • Recording and reducing any failures, aiming to the continuous / qualitative improvement of the services offered
  • Minimizing the likelihood of non-compliances by identifying any threats and performing preventive actions, as well as reclaming opportunities, with the aim of continuously improving the quality of its services.
  • Improving the Quality Management System.
  • The continuous effort to standardize the services provided, in a way that it promotes and ensures the provision of an effective service and the development of harmonious ties of cooperation with its customers, suppliers and partners.

The approach of BEWISE to quality is expressed through the Quality System, which meets the internationally recognized standard ISO 9001: 2015. The Management of the company ensures appropriately that:

  • Its quality policy is known and understood by all its staff and at the disposal of its stakeholders.
  • Is reviewed for its continued suitability
  • Provides all the necessary means for the continuous and uninterrupted operation of the System and its continuous improvement.

Finally, the Management of the company is committed to comply with the Laws and Regulations related to the services it provides.
