The personal information that we collect is mainly provided to us from your input, automatically through various web-based technologies , through manual data entry, when you contact and/or request information form us, when you engage our services, or as a result of your relationship with our staff and/or our associates.

BEWISE uses the information we collect for three main purposes, which are described in detail below:

c) assess your suitability for a job opening and/or invite you for a personal interview;

We share your information with your consent or as required in relation to a service request you have authorized. Client data is not indiscriminately available to all staff, instead access is limited to team members who will be or are directly engaged with the requested service.
We also share your information with service providers such as shipping agents, product and service vendors and third parties engaged in the course of services provided to our clients. These parties will process personal information on our behalf and only under our written instructions, whilst bound by non-disclosure agreements and data processing agreements.

We have security access policies in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your data and our employees are all bound by confidentiality rules as well as rules set out in our internal data processing manual.
Your information, unless otherwise specified is stored for at least five years from the date of our last interaction, while our email correspondence retention period is ten years. However, you have the right to request that your personal information be deleted from our systems. For more information, please refer to section 5 “Your Rights” below.
You have the right to access, review and make corrections to your personal information as well as make choices concerning the collection and use of your data including the right to restrict processing of your personal data in situations where you contest its accuracy. You are however solely responsible for the accuracy of the personal information that you provide us with.
You can request to send you the personal information you have submitted in an agreed upon format. You may also request that we transmit your personal information directly to another Controller, provided we have collected this directly from you. We will comply with such request when technically feasible.
You may also request that we delete personal information that you provide. We will endeavor to fulfill your request, but some personal information may persist in backup copies for a certain period of time and may be retained as necessary for legitimate business purposes or to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
You have the right to withdraw your consent in the instances where we rely on your explicit consent as the legal basis for processing your personal information.

Our Website is intended for general audience and is not geared towards children. We do not knowingly collect personal information of children under the age of 15.
