Job Description

BEWISE SA is currently seeking for a highly motivated and skilled IT Technical Support Engineer to join our client’s dynamic team at his Head Office based in Nea Ionia – Attiki. This exciting role offers an excellent opportunity to kickstart your IT career within a world-renowned organization, contributing to the smooth operation of our client’s corporate technology environment.

 About the Role:

A Junior IT Technical Support Engineer will play a key role in providing first-level technical support to our client’s Head Office employees, addressing their IT needs and ensuring a seamless user experience. Will work closely with senior IT colleagues to troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and escalate complex problems as needed. This position provides a valuable platform for professional growth and development within a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Candidate’s Profile (Skills & Requirements)

  • BSc in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Electrical & Computer Engineer or relevant studies
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in IT support
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS), office productivity software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace), and basic networking concepts.
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems is a plus
  • Fluency in English language (both written and verbal communication)
  • Positive thinking and optimistic behavior are characteristics that we always appreciate and value
  • Military Obligations completed
  • Driver’s license

Main Accountabilities:

  • Provide timely and effective first-level technical support to Head Office employees via phone, email, and in-person assistance
  • Troubleshoot common IT issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and applications
  • Escalate complex technical problems to senior IT staff, providing detailed information and documentation
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations and peripherals
  • Maintain accurate records of IT support requests and resolutions
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles and user documentation
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives, supporting the implementation of new technologies
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and a positive, can-do attitude
